Ordering a SAFO for your patient has now become easier than ever, all you need to do is:

Step 1. Complete a SAFO order form. It is important that all order forms are completed fully including all measurements, colour and style. You will also need to sign the order form to say that you “have read and agree to our terms and conditions”

Step 2. Take a negative cast of your patient’s foot and ankle.

Step 3. Send your negative cast with the completed order form to:

Helpful Tips

• It assists us to know a little about the patient and their condition
• Negative casts should be taken with the patient seated with the foot in 5 degrees dorsiflexion where possible on a flat surface. ALL boney prominences should be marked with indelible pencil on the cast. The minimum height of the negative casts from heel to proximal edge is 28cm.
• We need your measurements to be as accurate as is possible to ensure the best possible fit.
• The SAFO Walk is available in 3 skin tones
• The SAFO One is available in 7 skin tones you will need to indicate the appropriate colour swatch on the order form.
• Delivery will be confirmed via email within 48 hours (if supplied on your order) of receipt of order and all SAFOs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of delivery.
• We also are offering a 60-day trial to new introductions to the SAFO - if within 60 days you are not entirely happy with your patient’s progress you will get a full refund in exchange for the return of the SAFO. Just mark your cast 60-day trial.
• All our products are bespoke and made to order at our clinic here in Hampshire.

• Payment will be prior to delivery, although it may be possible to verbally agree a 30-day account.
